I guess I'll write an entry before it's too late.

I'm back from Fanime 2009! Whoot!!! It was so fun, but oh so tiring. I had little sleep for the last four days.... but it was so much fun, all worth not sleeping for I must go into hibernation after writing this journal though. Hahahaha.

To sum up the four days, (since I'm too tired to write in detail) it was hotel-artist alley-food-hotel cycle. It was the people within those simple activities that made this fun~ I hung out with an old friend from middle school who's from San Jose all weekend. We kinda snuck her into artist alley and we'd hang out behind the tables when the sales are slow. And on Saturday, another old friend from high school came to Fanime, so she too got behind ~elliskp's and my table and pretended to be an artist.

So what kind of fun things can we do behind the artist alley table? We take crazy pictures. Many many pictures.

Aside from old friends, I also made new, "cute" friends At first I was a little afraid of rooming with total strangers, but they made staying-in-the-hotel part real fun. We had such nice slumber party talk the other day, we're all sleep deprived =_=;;

Other than meeting old friends and making new friends, it was like any other good ol' Fanime. This year, I walked around the con area rather than being stuck behind the table all day; I walked around artist alley to see other artist friends miserable at work; I saw the gigantic line of people giving free hugs/free kisses/free winks/ free etc; I saw the Fani-maid cafe (I actually had never seen one of those before *shivers* it was rather overwhelming), and I got to check out the video + game rooms! Yay.

We didn't go to Hentai Night though!! It was like a tradition.. (since Hentai Night opens after artist alley closes) We were going to go check it out on Sunday, but ~elliskp and I were so tired by midnight, we both passed out on the bed and never woke up... until 8 am the next morning. T_T I regret not going!! +_+ next year.. must go hentai night must go hentai night

This will be my last con in a long time Maybe I'll go to SacAnime in summer, but I didn't even register yet. The next con ~elliskp and I are going for sure is Yaoicon'09. I can't wait already!!!!

When I came back to my empty, messy apartment in Hellhole, CA, I cleaned the room and unpacked in tears T_T I wish I can re-live Fanime. Now I have to go back to un-fun stuff like tests and unnecessary people. Sigh.............
